Privacy Policy
Last updated September 11, 2026
This policy explains what information ONEVIEWPRO LLC (“OneViewPro”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the OneViewPro service that businesses and agencies use to manage Google Business Profiles (the “service”).
Who we are
ONEVIEWPRO LLC is a Utah limited liability company based in St. George, Utah. You can reach us about anything in this policy at bridger@oneviewpro.com.
If an agency provides your service
Many businesses use OneViewPro through a marketing agency, sometimes under the agency’s own name and branding. The agency is then our customer. It decides what information goes into the service and how it’s used, and we process that information on its behalf and under its instructions. The agency’s own privacy policy describes its practices. If you ask us about information an agency controls, we’ll pass your request to the agency and help it respond.
What we collect
When you use this website
The free audit form collects your name, your email address, your business’s name and its city and state, and, if you add them, a Google Maps link and a note. Nothing else on this website asks for personal information. The website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you pause the moving background, that setting is saved in your own browser and isn’t sent to us.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to do so.
When you or your team use the service
- Account details. The name and email address of each person who signs in, and the role and permissions of their account. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see or store them.
- Business details. Your business’s name, contact name, email address, phone number, address, website, services, keywords, service area and brand voice, and any notes you give us about the business.
- Google Business Profile information. Once you connect a profile, we read and store its details, posts, photos and performance figures, such as views, calls, direction requests and website clicks, and its reviews, including each reviewer’s display name, rating and text.
- Content. The posts, review replies and descriptions the service drafts, the edits you make to them, and a record of what was approved and published.
- Photos. Photos you and your team upload, including through upload links you share with others. Photos are collected to be published on a public Google Business Profile, so upload only photos you’re willing to make public.
- Review link feedback. When a customer uses your review link or QR code, we record the rating they choose and any private comment they leave, with the employee and service it relates to. We don’t collect your customers’ names, email addresses or phone numbers, and the service never contacts your customers.
- Assistant conversations. The messages you exchange with the assistant in the app.
- Your website. The text of your website’s public pages, which the service reads to learn about your services.
- Ranking measurements. Where your business appears in Google Maps results across your service area. Measuring this also records the public listings of other businesses that appear alongside yours, such as their names, ratings, review counts and photo counts.
- Billing. Your billing contact and payment history. You enter card details on Stripe’s own page and Stripe holds them; we see only the card brand and its last four digits.
- Email records. The recipient, subject and delivery status of each email the service sends.
- Technical information. Our hosting and database providers process IP addresses and similar details when you use the service. In your browser, the app keeps your sign-in session and your selected business in local storage. It sets no cookies of its own.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide the service, which includes drafting content, publishing what’s been approved, measuring rankings and preparing reports. We also use it to review a business for a free audit and reply to the person who asked, to bill customers, to answer support requests, to keep the service and its users secure, to prevent abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.
How the service uses AI
The service uses AI models from Anthropic to draft posts, review replies and descriptions, and to answer questions in the assistant. To do that, we send Anthropic the information each task needs: your business details, services, keywords, brand voice and notes, recent posts, text from your website, the messages you write to the assistant and, when drafting a reply, the review’s text and the reviewer’s name. We don’t use your information to train AI models, and Anthropic’s commercial terms don’t allow it to train its models on what we send.
Information from Google
When you connect a Google Business Profile, you give the service permission to manage it through Google’s Business Profile APIs. We ask Google for one permission, the one Google provides for managing Business Profiles, and we use what we receive only to provide the service’s features to you.
OneViewPro’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. People see it only to provide the service you’ve asked for, for security, or to comply with the law.
You can remove the service’s access at any time on your Google Account’s third-party connections page. After that, the service can no longer read or publish to your profile.
Who we share information with
We share information with the service providers listed below, which process it for us under terms that limit its use to providing their services. Beyond them, we share it only with your agency, if one provides your service; when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request; to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or us; with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, who must honor this policy; and otherwise with your permission.
- Anthropic
- AI models that draft content and answer questions in the assistant. Receives the information described under “How the service uses AI”.
- DataForSEO
- Runs the Google Maps searches that measure rankings. Receives search keywords and map coordinates only.
- Resend
- Delivers email. Receives recipient addresses and message content.
- Supabase
- Database and sign-in. Receives account, business and profile information.
- Cloudflare
- Hosting, file storage and network security. Receives everything this website and the service handle, including photos.
- Stripe
- Payments. Receives billing contact and payment details.
- Business Profile APIs, and sign-in for anyone who chooses to sign in with Google. Receives the information needed to manage your profile, and the content published to it.
- Slack
- Alerts to our team. Receives business names and alert text, which can include private feedback left through a review link.
When you use the app, your browser also loads resources directly from these services, which receive your IP address and browser details in order to deliver them:
- Google Fonts, for fonts
- cdnjs, which Cloudflare runs, for a map library
- OpenStreetMap, for map images
An agency can connect its own Slack workspace to receive alerts about its clients. Those alerts are then covered by the agency’s own arrangements with Slack.
How long we keep information
- Active accounts. Account, business and profile information is kept for as long as the account stays open.
- Closed accounts. When an account closes, whether it was canceled or ended for nonpayment, we keep its information for 90 days so it can be restored if the customer returns. Within 30 days after that, we delete the business’s information, content, photos, reviews, assistant conversations and sign-in accounts, along with our stored access to its Google Business Profile.
- Billing records. Kept for 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Free audit requests. Kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted.
- Ranking measurements. These include public information about other businesses, which we may keep after an account is deleted.
- Backups. Deleted information can remain in backups for up to 30 days before it’s overwritten.
- Technical logs. Kept by our providers for the short periods their systems set.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute. Deleting a OneViewPro account doesn’t remove what’s already been published to a Google Business Profile; the profile’s owner can remove it on Google.
Security
This website and the service are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Every table in the service’s database enforces row-level security, so the public key the app gives to web browsers can’t be used to read or change stored information. The credentials that give the service access to Google Business Profiles are encrypted, with a separate key for each account, and payment card numbers never reach our systems. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization.
If there’s a breach
If we learn that personal information we hold has been accessed without authorization, we’ll notify the customers and individuals affected without unreasonable delay, and no later than 30 days after we confirm it, unless law enforcement asks us to wait. We’ll also notify government authorities where the law requires. Where an agency controls the information, we’ll notify the agency so it can inform its clients.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy, to correct information that’s wrong, to delete your information, or to stop sending you emails your account doesn’t need. Email bridger@oneviewpro.com from the address on your account, or tell us how we can confirm it’s you.
We’ll respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you why, and we won’t take more than 45 days beyond that. If we decline a request, we’ll explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying; we’ll answer within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Some information has to be kept, such as the billing records the law requires.
Health information
The service isn’t built to store protected health information under HIPAA. Healthcare practices shouldn’t put patient information into it, including in notes, assistant messages or photos. Reviews on Google are public, and their text is sent to Anthropic when the service drafts a reply.
Children
The service is for businesses and the people who work with them. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Where information is processed
We’re based in the United States. Information is processed in the United States and, by some of our service providers, in other countries under their own safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post any change on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we’ll email customers at least 30 days before it takes effect.
