Accessibility statement

Our standard

We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we check it against that standard before every release. This statement covers this website. It doesn’t cover the OneViewPro app, or other websites we link to, such as Google’s.

What we’ve done

  • Every pairing of text and background color is measured against the AA contrast ratio, including text over the moving background at its darkest point.
  • The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline on whatever has focus. Menus open with Enter, close with Escape, and return focus to where it was.
  • The first control on every page skips straight to the main content.
  • The moving background stops when your device asks for reduced motion, stays still on phones, and can be paused with the second control on every page.
  • Every page works with JavaScript turned off. Menus and expandable answers use the browser's own controls.
  • Pages reflow without sideways scrolling on a screen 320 pixels wide and at double the normal zoom.
  • Buttons and links on touch screens are at least 44 pixels in each direction, apart from links inside sentences.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and required fields are marked in words, not by color alone.
  • Each page has one main heading, headings in order, and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
  • Images carry a text description of what they show, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.

How we test it

Before each release, automated checks run in Google Chrome against every page at phone and desktop sizes. They look for accessibility problems with axe-core, measure contrast, check reflow and touch target sizes, follow the keyboard focus order through key pages, and confirm that pages work with motion reduced and with JavaScript turned off. A release that fails any of these checks doesn’t go out. We also review pages with Google Lighthouse.

This assessment is our own. Our testing relies on automated tools and keyboard checks, and the site hasn’t been evaluated by an independent accessibility auditor. We last tested it on September 11, 2026.
