OneViewPro vs other Google Business Profile tools
There are many tools for managing a Google Business Profile, and we won't name them or make claims about what another company's product does. What we can do is compare approaches: what each is good at, where it falls short, and which questions to ask before you choose one, including us.

What it does well
- A tool built for several platforms can publish to Google, Facebook, Instagram and more from one place. This works on Google alone.
- A tool that publishes automatically asks nothing of you. If you never want to read a draft, that approach takes less of your time than one that waits for approval.
- A tool that only schedules what you write gives you control of every word, at the cost of doing all the writing yourself.
Where it falls down
- Publishing automatically means words in your name reach customers before anyone has read them. When software fills a gap with a service you don't offer or a detail that isn't true, it's public before you find out.
- A single average ranking, or a check from one location, can't show where across your area you're visible.
- Scheduling alone still leaves the writing, the review replies and the photos to you.
What OneViewPro does instead
OneViewPro writes everything, then holds it. Posts, review replies, your description, service descriptions and photos all wait for approval by default. It writes only from what's confirmed about your business, and a description rewrite has to keep every town and qualifier the current one contains.
It measures your rank from a grid of points across your area, 49 by default, every month, and shows you who's ahead. It follows Google's rules on reviews, too: every customer who uses your review link is offered Google.

When the alternative is the better choice
If you want one tool for several social platforms, or publishing with no review step at all, another approach will suit you better. Whatever you choose, ask it three things: does anything publish without being read, where do the facts it writes come from, and how does it measure your ranking.
Questions
Why does everything wait for approval? Isn't automation the point?
The writing is automated; the publishing waits for you. Your profile is your business's front door, and we would rather it went quiet than showed something untrue. Once you trust it, you can let posts, and replies to good reviews, go out on their own.
Does it post to Facebook or Instagram?
No. Google Business Profiles are the only thing it publishes to.
Which tools are you comparing with?
We don't name them, and we don't make claims about what other companies' products do. The questions on this page are the ones worth asking any of them, including us.
Does it do anything Google would penalise?
No review filtering, no fake engagement, no invented details. The review link sends every customer to Google whatever their rating, and nothing is written about a service you haven't confirmed.
