For agencies

Run every client's Google profile under your own name.

OneViewPro does the recurring Google Business Profile work for each client you manage: posts, review replies, photos, descriptions and rank tracking. Your clients log in to your brand, and nothing it writes reaches their profiles until someone has read it.

What your agency gets

  • White labelYour name, logo and colors on the product, an assistant you name, and email from your own domain.
  • Client dashboardsA login for each client showing their own business, with each screen hidden, view-only or editable.
  • Google Business postsPosts written for every client on a schedule, from each business's own services, towns and job photos.
  • Review managementA reply drafted for every review on every client's profile, with low-star replies always held for a person.
  • Rank trackingA monthly rank map for every client, so progress is something you can show rather than describe.
  • Competitor trackingWho outranks each client and by how much, which makes the next conversation with them easy to have.
  • ReportingCalls, direction requests and website clicks from Google, on a screen your client can open themselves.

How the work flows

  1. Add the business

Add a client's business to your account. It joins your Businesses list with its own score and status.

  2. The client connects Google

Send the client a link to connect their Google Business Profile. That's the only step that genuinely needs them.

  3. Set it up

Choose the keywords, the towns that matter and the area to track. The first rank scan runs as that client's baseline.

  4. Approve and publish

Drafts wait for approval, by your team or by the client, depending on how you set up the client's login.

  5. Show the results

The client signs in to your branded product to see their rankings, their competitors and everything published for them.

What your team still does

Relationships, judgment and approvals. The writing, the scheduling and the measuring are done, but deciding what's right for each client is still yours, and by default somebody reads every draft before it's published.

Your team, or your clients, will also supply the photos, ask customers for reviews, and add the DNS records that let email go out from your own domain.

Where it stops

  • The app runs at its own web address; pointing your own domain at it isn't available yet.
  • One brand covers your whole agency. A separate brand for each client business isn't available yet.
  • Our name still shows in a few places: Google's permission screen when a client connects, the browser tab, our legal pages, and currently the subject line of the monthly summary email.
  • It doesn't invoice your clients or collect their payments.
  • It works on Google Business Profiles alone: no social media, no directory listings, no ads.

Pricing

Priced per client business, with volume pricing. We don't publish the figure: it depends on how many profiles you manage, and it's settled in a conversation.

You pay monthly for each client location. What you charge your clients on top is entirely yours.

Questions from agencies

Can we start with one client?

Yes. Pricing is per client business, so an account can start small. Agency accounts are opened by invitation while the product is in beta.

Who approves the content: our team or the client?

Either, set per client. By default a client login can approve its own content; make the client's Dashboard view-only and approvals stay with your team.

How is billing handled?

You're billed monthly for each client location, prorated as you add or remove them. Your clients pay you, on your terms; nothing in the product bills them.

What happens if a payment fails?

There are fourteen days of grace, with notices along the way. After that the account stops publishing and measuring, and keeps all its data.

What does a new client have to do?

Connect their Google Business Profile through the link you send them. Everything after that, including the setup and the approvals, can be handled by your team.
